Courtesy/Loaner Cars

At Benz Tech, we realize it can be very inconvenient to be without your vehicle while yours is being services. We make it easy for drop off & pickup of your vehicle as we have an afterhours key drop box as well as a key pickup lockbox for afterhours pickup. We offer loaner cars through Courtesy Loaner Cars LLC when you need a vehicle. These have limited availability and will affect appointment availability so make sure to mention ahead of time if you will be needing one. 

General guidelines for loaner cars:

Driver minimum age is 21

Must have valid drivers license

Must have active FULL COVERAGE auto insurance policy coverage for drivers

Return vehicle with same amount of fuel as when picked up-fueling charges will apply 

Return vehicle in clean condition-cleaning charges will apply & be deducted automatically

Driver/their insurance company is responsible for any damages that occur to vehicle
